Job Description:
Northside Financial Bank is seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Removal Contractor to manage snow and ice removal services across our four bank locations. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, and driveways are cleared of snow and ice promptly to maintain safe and accessible conditions for our customers and employees during the winter season.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive snow removal services for all four Northside Financial Bank locations.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond proactively to snow events.
- Clear sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, and driveways of snow and ice by 6:00 AM or earlier as needed.
- Apply de-icing agents to prevent hazardous conditions.
- Maintain clear and safe access to all entrances, drive-throughs, ATMs, and walkways.
- Perform routine checks throughout the day during snow events to maintain safety.
- Ensure that all snow removal equipment is maintained and operated safely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial snow removal.
- Access to appropriate snow removal equipment, including plows, snow blowers, and de-icing equipment.
- Ability to respond quickly to weather conditions, with availability for early morning and emergency snow removal.
- Valid insurance and licensing required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Contract Duration:
- Seasonal (November through March), with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
