Job Title: Groundskeeping Mowing Contractor

Job Description:
Green Valley Park is seeking a professional Groundskeeping Mowing Contractor to maintain the lush, well-manicured appearance of our park’s expansive lawns and green spaces. The selected contractor will be responsible for regular mowing services, ensuring the park remains a beautiful and inviting space for visitors throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular mowing services for all designated lawn areas within Green Valley Park.
- Ensure that all grass is trimmed to an appropriate height, maintaining a neat and even appearance.
- Trim around trees, flower beds, benches, pathways, and other obstacles to ensure a clean finish.
- Collect and properly dispose of grass clippings and any debris from mowing activities.
- Maintain and operate all mowing equipment safely and in good working order.
- Report any damage to park property or hazards identified during mowing activities to park management.
- Coordinate mowing schedule with park management to avoid disruption to park visitors and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial mowing and grounds maintenance.
- Access to appropriate mowing equipment, including push mowers, riding mowers, trimmers, and edgers.
- Valid insurance and licensing required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of park aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust mowing schedules based on weather conditions and park usage.
Contract Duration:
- Seasonal (April through October), with potential for renewal based on performance.
